We were delighted to read a comment from parents of one of our residents following a recent Review:
‘Both mentioned that they were very happy with staff and how they look after ………. and believe ………. is looked after in the same way as if he was home with them’.
This is exactly the standard that REACH strive for when taking care of our residents. It is so important that all of our individuals feel ‘at home’ within our services.
