The wonderful staff at Sistine spent the day in the kitchen to battle it out to be claimed Sistine Master Chef 2021. 5 members of the team put their own spin on their national dish with a budget of £20 each. We had entries from Italy, Romania, Ghana, Zimbabwe & the Philippines.
Everyone went above and beyond and the residents and the remaining staff where left with a tough decision to decide who came out top. Categories such as Presentation, Cohesion & ultimately taste where decided out of 10.
It was a close decision but Iline came out top!
